FERBAR’s Purée is made from fresh Bintje potatoes, recognised internationally for their exceptional quality. After being carefully selected, potatoes are washed, peeled, pre-cooked, diced and then dehydrated. The flakes obtained are subjected to careful control measures in order to guarantee its characteristic texture, aroma and flavour.
